ASEM Procurement service for our customers is ranging from seeking potential Seller to making contract instead of our customers, the process of finding and agreeing to terms, technical evaluation and acquiring goods, services, or works from worldwide supplying channel, via a tendering or competitive bidding process. ASEM Procurement is used to ensure the buyer receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location is compared and satisfied. 
ASEM Procurement service includes factors such as delivery and handling, marginal benefit, and price, currency fluctuations. As per our customers order and inquiry, ASEM Procurement team is generally involved in casting bidding invitation and making buying decisions under conditions of scarcity. Once we receive certain quotation from suppliers, we are going to make use of economic analysis methods such as cost-benefit analysis or cost-utility analysis for more satisfactory result.

In order to solve problems that might occur due to the difference of language and for the higher efficiency in communication, we provide letter translation service upon visits and business talks between user and manufacturer

3. Cooperation in Quotation and Price Negotiations
We will actively be involved in Quotation work and lead manufacturer to submit the quotation at a competitive price. In case of further negotiation necessary, we will do our best efforts to provide efficient mediation service which based on the Win-Win strategy.

4. Process and Delivery management 
In cooperation with manufacturer, we submit the manufacturing process management table. In order to avoid any error in delivery time and customers' schedule, we will carefully check and follow up the manufacturing process.

5. Logistics Service Support
We provide with convenience the same as your domestic purchase by covering the entire process of the logistics mobilization (sea + inland) to the desired destination of overseas customers in cooperation with our company's exclusive. 

6. Trouble Shooting and Complete A/S Management
As we are fully aware of the importance of these matters, possibly considered as the most difficult point in overseas procrement, we keep special and solid relationship with manufacturers so that we can provide a prompt trouble shooting and excellent after service.
