For our Clients such as Foreign Manufacture or System Provider eager to get into this Asian Business, without limiting any other duty under the applicable law, ASEM shall provide following services during the acquisition phase as well as after the Sales Contract was made: 

■ Scope of Service
- Seeking and sourcing potential Customers in Asian region for you.(Pioneering new market)
- Market research and strategic analysis on your competitors and customers.
- Providing any translation services for your regional sales. 
- Providing advice of a general or particular nature concerning the acquisition and execution of any Sales Contract.
- Procuring and processing any relevant information with regard to any Sales Contract.
- Assisting you in collecting due payments from Customer.
- Providing administrative support such as without limitation obtaining visa for your personnel, organizing travelling and accommodation inside the Korea assisting you in customs clearance procedures.
- Providing any other assistance in its field of expertise which you might reasonably require with a view to performing the Sales Contract.
- Providing advice in relation to any Sales Contract and assisting in obtaining any consents, authorizations or approvals in Korea.
- Material acquisition and shipment services from picking up to storing your supplies in our store. 
- Assisting you in obtaining quotations for local supplies and services.
- Mobilization of local trained service engineer for operational test or on-board commissioning of your system.
